TPE coated materials

Processing Technic

 

TPE wrapping glue shooting generally adopts the secondary injection molding process, that is, the hard plastic parts are fixed on the wrapping plastic mold, and then the TPE soft plastic is injected into the hard plastic parts at the appropriate temperature, and the products are cooled. The injection temperature varies according to the hard material of the coating. Usually TPE plastic PP material injection temperature in 170-190 degrees Celsius; Coated ABS material in 220-220 degrees Celsius; Plastic bag PC material temperature is slightly higher than plastic ABS injection temperature; PA nylon, the injection temperature should reach about 240 degrees Celsius.

 

 

TPE CP65906 series is a kind of soft thermoplastic elastomer (TPS) based on styrene copolymer, which has good physical and chemical properties.
