Note:The gearbox is made of steel,The blank is processed by CNC,Then, surface treatment,the last process is gear broaching,accuracy and strength are better than powder metallurgy.The sun gear and planet gear choose the rational HT according to strength of demand,Processing by hobbing(The customer has special requirements, can specify the choice of gear material, for example: multistage planets first stage is POM).Planet carrier is machined by the machining center with precision up to μm level.The top and bottom flanges are profile aluminum processed by CNC.Then, surface oxidation treatment.the appearance and strength, precision and so on are far more than die casting.Our aim is to provide quality products for quality customers,constantly strive for perfection.
