Connection dimensions

1)Place the flexible valve horizontally before installation, and it is not allowed to collide freely.

2)The face-to-face length is min dimension before out put, and extent to installment dimension(namely design length).

3)When the length between pipes is larger than installment length for flexible valve, please adjust the distance of pipes, but it is not allowed to extend the flexible valve to avoid the damage of flexible valve.

4)The butterfly valve maybe installed at any position. As perform the temperature compensation, put the yokes on both ends of axial pipes to avoid pulling out flexible pipes of valves, the yokes support force is calculated as below formula, and mustn’t dismantle the yoke during operation.

5) When not applicable to temperature compensation, but to install and repair the valves conveniently,instead, it will be positoned by bolting and tightened by symmetrical converging force to avoid pulling out of flexible pipes, damage the flexible butterfly valve, pipeline devices and buildings, bolting diameters conform to flange bolting diameter, which bolt intensity and support test pressure and pipeline allowed to remove in case of operation.(additional bolts).

6) With precision machining and strict completion, don’t extend and reduce the flexible butterfly valve on site freely. And it requests to get concentric at both ends and parallel flange face in pipelines.

7) The flexible section of valve is not allowed to install at corner or ends of pipelines.

8)Fixed bolt on flange should be symmetrical and clamped, shouldn’t clamp fixed bolt of flange on single side...

9)Telescopic tube should be installed behind the valve.

10)Telescopic part of telescopic valve shouldn’t be installed on corner of pipe of end of pipe.
