1.Types of FRP Grating
Glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) grating, also known as glass fiber grating, is a kind of plate-like material with many spaces, which is made of glass fiber as reinforcement material and unsaturated polyester resin as matrix, and is processed and compounded through special processing. FRP grating can be used as structural material, such as floor, trench cover, platform, ship deck, stair and trestle in corrosive environment. It has the characteristics of corrosion-resistant and flame-retardant, non-magnetic insulation, bright colors, and various styles and forms.
Smooth surface
The smooth glass fiber reinforced plastic grating is a kind of grating formed on the basis of the original glass fiber reinforced plastic grating after surface grinding. It is a kind of grating with smooth upper and lower ends. It is mainly used in building decoration, machine walkway and other fields.
Frosted surface
Quartz sand is added to the top of the glass fiber reinforced plastic grating, which is used in the environment of oil pollution, slope or places with high anti-skid protection requirements, especially in the humid, oily and icy environment. Scope of application: bridge deck, stair tread, trench cover, ground, etc
Concave FRP grating

Microporous FRP grating

2.FRP cutting method

3.Selection of raw materials
