Answer: Yes, we can make B lue tooth function on the batteries. If you need it, you can to tell before you place order.
Q7. Can your battery charge under 0℃?
Answer: Yes, we can make a heating system on our battery pack if you need. The working temperature will be: charge at -20℃ to 55℃ (-4F to 131F) @60±25% Relative Humidity, and discharge at -20℃ to 60℃ (-4F to 140F) @60±25% Relative Humidity.
Q8. How do you ship the batteries and how long will it take to arrive?
Answer: We can ship the batteries by Sea, by Air and by Express like UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.
Normally shipping by Sea will take around 45-60 days to arrive; shipping by Air will take around 7-15 days.
Q8. What is your production lead time?
Answer: For battery cells will be around 7-10 days after payment received.
For samples, will be around 20-25 days after payment received.
For bulk orders, will be around 25-35 days after payment received.

Answer: We can accept payment by T/T bank transfer, PayPal, West Union, and Cash.
Q10. Do your battery have communication function?
Answer: Yes, our battery can have communication function. Mainly communication ports are CAN, and RS485.

Answer: Our batteries can compliance with most of the famous brand inverters, which include: Growatt, Victron, Goodwe, Pylon, Deye, Sofar, LuxPowerTec, MR, Must, SAJ, etc.
Q12. Can your batteries support series and parallels connection?
Answer: Yes, but only our Lead Acid Replacement Series support parallels and series connection, which for 12V batteries will support 4pcs max in series to 48V, and for 24V batteries will support 2pcs max in series to 48V.
For parallel connection we suggest not more than 4pcs.
For such connections need to follow our specification datasheet's instruction.
