3.Can I get free samples and what is your sample time and lead time?
We can definitely send you 1pc free sample to you if we have it in stock with freight collected. If not, we can make sample upon your request. Normally, sample charge is three times cost as unit price and will be refundable after order confirmed. Sample fee is 7-10 working days, lead time is 35-45 days which depends on qty.
4. How about the packing and shipping?
Usually, all products will be wrapped with plastic film to avoid moisture and damage on the surface. Meanwhile, different carton boxes will be used for packaging in accordance with the requirement of the customer. Customized logo and package is acceptable.
5. What is your payment term?
We appreciate T/T and 30% of deposit before production. And the rest before shipment against QC or mass production pictures. L/C is acceptable if total amount is more than USD50000.
