Our design team is happy to help you create artwork free of charge, but if you are able to send us vector artwork or a
high-res.pdf, that will be very helpful.
3.WHAT IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ARTWORK ARRANGEMENT AND CUSTOM DESIGN?
Artwork arrangement: you provide us with a ready-to-go. ai,.eps, .psd or a high-resolution .pdf file, we arrange on your headwearfree of charge.
Custom design: you provide an idea or a low-res.jpg or .pdf and our designers dig in to make sure the final product is beautiful and production compatible. It’s also free of charge now.
4.WHAT IS VECTOR ARTWORK? WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE IT?
A vector file is an editable raw design file created with shapes, curves, points, polygons, strokes, and colors. They allow
designers to expand or reduce the graphic in size without loosing quantity. Acceptable formats include .ai, .psd, . eps, or a
high-resolution.pdf. If you don’t have a vector, in most case we can vectorize it and it’s free of charge.
5.WHAT DOES YOUR QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS LIKE?
We have spent years developing our tech packs so they provide every necessary detail down to sizing, Pantone colors, yarns,packaging, and placement requirements. Once we submit our tech packs to our production department, all samples are approved by our QC manager prior to bulk production. Once the products arrive in our facility, each item is inspected thoroughly before shipping out to you,
Quality is of the utmost importance to us and we do everything we can to give you a product you can proud to wear.
6.HOW QUICK AND HOW MUCH DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Please tell us your detailed address, email and postcode, as well as the date you expect to receive the goods. We will make inquiries with different freight forwarders according to your order quantity and expected arrival date. Freight and arrival date will be determined when you place an order.
7.CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE PRIOR TO PRODUCTION?
Yes, keep in mind that this will add two or three weeks to the lead time. The cost is US$60 for two samples. We can provide sample photo for approval in same case, but rest assured that we have an exhaustive quality control process all the way to bulk production. We don’t order physical samples for patches.
8.CAN I SPLIT MY MINIMUM ORDER BETWEEN TWO COLORWAYS?
All minimum order quantities are per color, per style.
9.IS THERE A CARE LABEL ANYWHERE ON THE HAT?
All of our orders are built with an internal composition/washing care label.
10.CAN I ADD EXTRA LABEL PLACEMENT?
Yes, we recommend keeping it simple and limiting your labeling to no more than one placement. One is standard and baked into the price per unit. Every additional label or custom label incurs additional fee.
11.CAN WE MAKE HATS OR BEANIES ARE NOT IN THE CLASSICS LINEUP?
Yes, but the minimum order becomes 300 per color, per style. The custom manufacturing process is much more involved than choosing from standard lineup, but if you would like to pursue that route, contact us and we are happy to walk you through the process.
