Tips: What's the difference between Reset and Latcing type?

Reset(Momentary): 

Press the switch, the button is recessed, the LED light of the switch is on, and the device is powered on at the same time.

When the finger is released, the button springs back, the LED light of the switch is off, and the device is powered off.

Latching(Self-locking):

Press the switch, the key is locked, the LED light of the switch is on, and the device is powered on at the same time.

When the finger is released, the button does not bounce back, and then press the switch button to bounce back, 

the device is powered off, and the LED light of the switch is off
