Unique Structural Design

1. Secondary reaction heat of the dust problems
The flue gas of waste heat boiler contains volatile sulfide and combustible materials, which will further complete the chemical reaction and release heat. Chemical reaction heat is fully considered in the design of waste heat boiler to meet the needs of production process.

2. Ash problem
According to the flue temperature of the flue, the pitch of the membrane wall is reasonably selected to control the average wall temperature of the membrane wall so that the soot on the convection heating surface is not bonded in order to remove the ash slag and ensure the ash removal effect on the convection heating surface. We can also reasonably arrange ash cleaning devices on heating surfaces in different temperature zones.

3. Wear problem
The waste heat boiler usually has high dust content and wear problem, which seriously affects the service life of the boiler. Considering this problem, on the one hand, we use thick-walled tubes for the heating surface of our boiler to improve the strength of the tubes. On the other hand, we reasonably control the flue gas flow rate to reduce the wear rate, reduce the failure rate of the waste heat boiler and improve the service life of the waste heat boiler.

4. Corrosion problem
Because the flue gas contains SO2, HCl, HF and other acidic gases, so a reasonable choice of boiler steam parameters to control the temperature point of the heating surface, can avoid high-temperature corrosion and low-temperature corrosion.

5. Expansion and sealing problems
The inlet and outlet flue of the waste heat boiler is provided with expansion joints to absorb the expansion of various components of the boiler. Moreover, the boiler body is equipped with expansion guide device to ensure the free expansion of the furnace body, limit the displacement and prevent the deformation and vibration of the furnace body. In order to ensure the sealing effect of the waste heat boiler, the overall layout of the waste heat boiler adopts the membrane wall structure, which not only ensures the sealing and insulation effect, but also reduces the accumulation of ash slag and improves the efficiency of the waste heat boiler.

6. Modular design
The boiler can be personalized according to the needs of users, and can be combined arbitrarily, and freely. The evaporator and economizer adopt modular design with high assembly rate, reducing the amount of on-site installation works.
