Q1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are factory which has been produced photo frame for 17 years. Provides R&D, Customized size, OEM production, mass QTY selling and exporting.

A: Available sizes : 4x6'', 5x7'', 6x8'', 8x8'', 8x10'', 8x12'', A4, 11x14'',12x12'',12x16'', 12x18'', 14x20'', 8x20'',16x16'',
16x20'', 16x24'', etc.
Q3. What's the material of the products?
A: We are currently working on 6 types of photo frame.
① Stickable photo tile (SP-V4): 2mm MDF+15mm XPS foaming
② Framed photo panel (SF-12): 1mm acrylic + 20mm PS frame
③ Aluminum alloy magnetic photo frame (SF-13): 1mm acrylic + 30mm Aluminum alloy frame
④ Plastic photo frame (SF-16): 5mm KT + 20mm Plastic frame
⑤ Aluminum alloy photo frame (SF-17): 4mm MDF + 30mm Aluminum alloy frame
⑥ Acrylic Magnet photo frame (SA-21): 4mm+4mm acrylic
Q4. How about the lead time?
A: For sample order the lead time would be around 3-7 days, for mass production the lead time would be around 20-30 days. It depends on the quantity of the orders.
Q5. What's the payment method?
A: We accept L/C, T/T, Paypal, etc. For any payment method we didn't mention above please contact us and let us know your requests.
Q6. How is the package?
A: Each frame would be packed in an individual OPP/EPE bag, then pack in brown carton. Customized Individual package box is acceptabled, please send us your design for more information.

A: USA, Japan, UK, Canada, New zealand, Germany, Chile, Australia, etc.
Q8. Can you customize the color box for each piece of the product?
A: Yes, we can, MOQ is 500 per piece per size.
