Polyurethane enameled aluminum wire class 155/180 (HS code:854419), is composed of aluminum conductor and insulating layer：bare aluminum wire is annealed and softened, painted and baked for many times.
Polyurethane enameled aluminum wire is widely used in weak current electrical products such as precision coils, motors,
instruments and household appliances because of its excellent properties such as low dielectric loss, easy dyeing, high coating
rate and direct weld-ability. The direct solder-ability of polyurethane enameled wire refers to the ability of enameled wire
coated with paint film to be heated and cracked into volatile substances with low relative molecular weight in tin lined tank at a certain temperature, so as to destroy the paint film and tin the winding wire. In this way, when polyurethane enameled wire needs a joint, it is not necessary to remove the coating in advance. Its direct weld-ability simplifies the production process of winding wire and effectively improves the production efficiency.
