Product Description


YUHUAN  DOUBLE  DISC  SURFACE  GRINDER  is  designed  for  high  precision  grinding  of  the  two  paralell  surfaces  of  flat metallic  parts  such  as  bearing,  valve  plate,  carbide  chip,  seal,  oil  pump  vane,  piston  ring,  etc.  It  can  also  grind  the  flat surfaces  of  non-metallic  parts  of  hard  &  brittle  materials  like  glass  and  ceramics.

Main purpose of surface grinder machine



 It can process and grind double ending-surface for non-metal parts(glass,ceramics etc) which are featured by hard,brittle,thin in high-efficiency and precision,also precisely grind two up & low parallel surfaces for metal thin precision parts(bearing,valve plate,seal,oil pump vane,piston ring etc).

1.This grinder machine is newly developed product based on high-efficiency&precise thinning process for hard,brittle,thin non-metal parts,It is compatible with YHDM580 double disc grinder function.


2. Adopts Siemens 808D CNC system, More optimized HMI.


3.Using Marposs line detection technology to realize on-line closed loop precise control for work pieces’size.


4.Adopts diamond wheel/CBN wheel/diamond pad to realize high-efficiency,high-quality grinding.


5.Suitable for high-efficiency dressing device &technology to wheel/CBN wheel/diamond pad.


6.Wheel head feeding adopts high-precision ball screw,feeding precision:0.001mm.


7.Feeding carrier mechanism adopts servo-motor,stable drive,realize 1~10 r/min stepless speed control;


8.Adopts hinged disc carrier mechanism,easy to start,convenient for wheel replacement&dressing and grinding area maintenance.


9.Auto charge&discharge device is used for thin/brittle parts,automation production line can be built.
