Automatic Modified Starch / Pregelatinized Starch Production Line
Modified starch (pregelatinized starch) uses corn starch, tapioca starch or potato starch as the main raw materials, and is transformed into a gel state of superheated rheological variant through the combined action of high temperature, high pressure and shear force in the puffing equipment, and obtain a large amount of energy, change its original physical and chemical properties, α-form starch structure, and finally produce modified starch (pregelatinized starch) products, which are widely used in building materials, textiles, oil drilling, food processing, pharmaceutical processing, paper and many other industries.
The equipment uses a special barrel and screw structure, adopts advanced water cooling and oil cooling systems, and the screw adopts a special alloy material surface nitriding treatment to increase the strength; the production temperature is adjustable and controllable, and the screw speed is all controlled by the frequency converter; setting After the parameters are good, there is no need for manual management, which greatly saves production costs. The production capacity of modified starch can reach 800 to 1200 kg per hour, which largely meets the needs of domestic and foreign starch processing manufacturers for large-capacity equipment.
