Introduction:
The machine is powered by a single-phase two-stage four-stage motor as the power input main shaft assembly. Through gear transmission, when the peeling is driven, the relative rotation of the two pairs of rigid peeling rollers in the peeling chamber is adjusted under the rocker bearing seat. The two pairs of peeling rollers are in close contact with the spring pressure. After the ears enter the peeling chamber, the peeling claws on the steel peeling rollers tear the bracts apart, and the two pairs of rollers that rotate relative to each other will tear the buds apart. The leaves are rolled, while the cover and the rubber adjustment plate on the cover press the ears during rotation, and the bracts are separated by the rotation force of the two rollers and the pressure of the spring to separate them from the ears to achieve the purpose of peeling.
