Q1: What products can you provide?
We can supply webbing sling, round sling, ratchet tie down strap, winch strap, tow strap, car wheel tie down, E track system, load binder, shackles, chains, hoists, etc.
Q2: How do you control your quality?
We implement strict quality control on every step of production procedures from raw materials to finished products. We test the breaking strength of webbing material and also the finished sewn products. We will not start the bulk production until we get the sample confirmation from customers. We keep test report for every shipment.
Q3: Can you design the product for us?
Yes, we can. We can customize sling and lashing straps according to your detailed requirements. Your company logo, brand name, markings can be added on label, brand paper, manual and webbing.
Q4: Do you require minimum order quantity (M.O.Q)?
We don’t require MOQ. No order is too small for us. However, considering shipping cost, we recommend you to order as much as you can.
Q5: Can we have samples?
Yes. We can provide free samples but you need to pay the freight usually.
Q6: What's the payment terms?
30% T/T prepayment and balance against B/L copy.
Q7: What about the delivery?
Usually, around 45 days for the first 20ft container order and then 5-7 days one container.
