This rain & UV hat is useful as a rain hat for protection against rain on rainy days and as a UV protection hat for outdoor activities.
The fabric is made of [Peach drop], a superhydrophobic material with a slightly brushed surface that instantly repels water droplets when it rains, just like peach skin that repels water droplets.
"Superhydrophobic" is generally said to mean "a phenomenon in which a drop of water comes in contact with a surface at a contact angle of approximately 150°".
[Peach drop] used for rain ponchos measures a contact angle of 153°, and the water repellency of the fabric keeps the surface tension of the water droplets like a ball.
In addition, Peach drop is characterized by its high sustainability of water repellency.
In a water repellency test conducted by a testing institute, the highest rank of water repellency, grade 5, was measured before washing.
It is a highly functional material that retains its grade 4 water repellency after 40 washes and continues to have grade 3 water repellency even after 50 washes.
This ultra-hydrophobic material is convenient for use in light rain or as a rain shelter for bicyclists who cannot use umbrellas.
With a UV blocking rate of over 98%, it is also very useful as a UV hat when UV rays are a concern.
It can be folded up small for compact storage and attached to a bag.
The head circumference is adjustable with elastic so it can be used by both men and women.
It has a detachable strap to prevent it from flying away in the wind.
The design is composed entirely of bay leaves.

Product Usage
Although this product is sewn and processed with water-repellent fabric, please note that water may seep through the fabric and seams when used in heavy rain.
The water repellent treatment is not permanent. If the water repellency becomes weak, iron the fabric at a low temperature with a cloth, or use a hair dryer with hot air 10-15 cm away from the fabric to restore the water repellency.
Please note that prolonged exposure to high temperature and humidity (e.g. in a car) when wet may cause mold, dye deterioration, color fading, or color migration. After use, please store the product in the shade away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity.
The string can be very dangerous if it gets caught on other objects, so please adjust the string correctly to avoid tangling.
Please keep this product away from fire.
