Concentrate PET juice processing machines
Usually the filling line from A to Z ,it includes the following system :
Model 32-32-10 :
Water treatment system
Juice mixing and UHT sterilizer system
Bottle Blowing system
Juice bottle rinsing filling capping - bottle labeling - blowing drying machine -date printing machine - bottle film wrapping machine .
Model 32-32-10 :
Filling speed 0 -12000 bottles per hour for 500 ml .
Bottle size : 250ml -2000ml

1) The automatic juice filling machine is mainly used for hot filling machine / room temperature filling and sealing of green tea, black tea, and fruit juice drink.
2) Adopt PLC as center controller, make use of pressure transmitter and electromagnetism pneumatic valve to measure liquid level, and keep balance of filling pressure to insure stable liquid level.
3) Adopt new type filling valves which are especially designed for plastic bottles. The returned air and the liquid in filling
tank are insulated to insure cleanliness of the filled beverages.
4). Adopt advanced magnet clutches for capping with adjustable tensional moment to insure capping safely and reliably

Touch screen
It is Siemens brand
Inside the touch screen ,it can control conveyor belt on/ off ,rinsing on/off ,filling on/ off ,capping on / off
At the same time ,you can change the filling speed through touch screen .
We can also make separated electricity cabinet for you .
Cap cleaning tunnel
It will clean the cap by twice .
First by using chemical liquid ,second by using purified clean water .
Waste water collecting tank
It is be used together with the rinsing part .
It is made up of stainless steel 304
Inside has floating ball .
Once the water level is too high ,the water will be sent out through pumps and pipes ,and the water can be re-use after the water treatment system
Conveyor belt cleaning device
so the white spraying nozzle ,it can be connected the clean water ,and can clean the conveyor belt

3.Once machine arrives to your country, we will guide you to prepare the electricity, welding machine, and raw material. At the
same time, we will begin to make the visa for our engineers.
4.Usually for complete filling line, it will take engineer 15 -20days at least to install in your country . For single machine,
usually it will take him 7-10 days to install in your city. Please check the following installation photos by our engineer:
1.We will send operation book, electricity drawing by email to you .
