Introduction:
Automatic asphalt distributor is made of II vehicle chassis and asphalt distribution device carefully developed by our company. The asphalt tank is wrapped with stainless steel, which is beautiful and elegant. Aluminum silicate insulation material is used for heat insulation, and the thermal insulation performance is good. The operation of asphalt pump is controlled by hydraulic system, and the transmission is stable, safe and reliable. According to the construction situation, there are two ways to spray asphalt: automatic spraying controlled by computer or spraying by hand spraying gun. The amount of spraying is controlled by computer, which is very accurate. The asphalt pump and pipeline system are heated and insulated with heat transfer oil, the pipeline and nozzle cleaned by diesel with high pressure air, so the pipes and nozzles are not easy to be blocked. The maximum spraying width is 6 meters. The spraying is efficient and convenient, and the working performance is safe and reliable.Micro-surfacing paver advantage:
1. Hydraulic pump, asphalt pump, asphalt pump drive motor, burner, temperature controller, control system and other main parts are imported or domestic famous brand components;
2. The asphalt tank is covered with aluminum silicate thermal insulation material with good thermal insulation performance and stainless steel, which is beautiful and elegant;
3. Asphalt spray nozzle use multi-layer filter to ensure spraying quality.
4.The asphalt is spraying in three overlaps, and the spraying amount is automatically adjusted according to the walking speed.
5. The whole process of asphalt distribution can be completed in the cab.
6. Each nozzle is controlled by computer independently, and the spraying width can be adjusted at any time.
7. The vehicle control program is equipped with two sets of control systems (cab and rear operation platform) to ensure the reliability of asphalt spraying.
8. The computer control system adopts modular design with low failure rate and easy maintenance.
9. The thermal insulation performance of tank asphalt, average temperature drop ≤ 1 ℃ / h. The heating capacity of asphalt is 10-15 ℃ / h.
10. It is equipped with self-priming and transfer devices, and can transfer the external asphalt tank.
11. The vehicle is equipped with hand spray gun , which can be used to replenish asphalt at corners.
12. The heat transfer oil can heat the asphalt pump, nozzle and tank in an all-round way, and can also control the heating separately.
13. Safe and reliable automatic control of heating oil is realized.
14. Two speed measurement configurations are available: infrared pulse sensor and America dickey-john radar.
15.The cab is flat head, half row, reversible, with sleeper.
