SureMed 7-Day 4-Pass Multi-Med Blister Card Assembly
Step 1. Peel
Remove the pressure sensitive liner from
the card to reveal the sealing surface.

Step 2. Insert
Place the card on the sealing template (glue side up). Insert the blister sheet into the card starting with the top row. Lower the rest of the sheet into the remaining holes.
Step 3. Fill
Using the reverse side printing as a guide, fill the appropriate blister with the required medication.
Step 4. Fold and Seal
Fold the sealing surface to cover the filled blister, using even pressure to seal.

We are a Manufacture specialized in packaging over 10 years with 4,000 square meters workshop area, located in Zhejiang city of China.
Q2: What is the price of your packaging ?
The accurate price depends on your final design. Please inform us the dimensions, materials and quantity you need. We can do better on price for you.
Q3: What is the tool cost & mould charge for new design?
The normal copper mould is 100USD-400USD. CNC aluminium mould is 500-1000USD. It depends on the design.
Q4: How can we get the sample,and what is the cost?
For the sample which we have existing mould. It is free. You only need to pay for the carriage fee. For custom sample, we will use Gesso mould to produce sample for your design. We can also help you design it according to your technical data and requirements. Leading time is approximately 3-5 days.
Q5: What is your terms of payment?
TT / PAYPAL / WESTERN UNION / LC / CREDIT CARD is all available for us.
For small amount which is less than 1000USD, we prefer 100% deposit.
For large amount, 40% deposit, and 60% balance before shipping.
We are pleasure if you can accept order through Alibaba Assurance.

By air or by ocean.
If quantity is small, the total packing volume is less than 1CBM, we suggest air shipping.
