1.How do you ensure your product and service quality?


After the leather production is completed, we will carry out quality inspection at the first time, the second inspection after storage, and the third inspection before delivery. We have professional machine inspections to ensure the leather you receive is the best quality


 


2. What is the delivery date of the mass production?


We have 5 warehouses in China, every product is in stock, you can choose many colors. We can send the goods to you within 3 days after receiving the payment. If we don't have stock, usually 15-25 days, for urgent order, it can be 7-10 days. So please don't hesitate to get in touch with us as soon as possible.


 


3.What about shipping?

We can ship in small quantity by the way of air express or larger ones by FCL or by LCL to save cost, you can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder, our regular port to export is SHENZHEN port or Guangzhou port.

 

4.Can you reach environmental standards?

Yes, we can produce eco-friendly artificial leather for you, just need you tell us your requirement of testing standard. Such ,  ROSH, REACH etc, If you have any problems or questions, please let us know that in time, we will do our best to solve the problems and give you a satisfying answer
