1. How do I order from you?
We will make quotation after you send your purchase plan (including product name, model and quantity). If you agree with the quotation, please send your company name, address and telephone for goods delivery. We will make proforma invoice and inform you payment way. Goods will be prepared and sent after payment is received. Goods delivery details will also be informed accordingly.

2. What is the payment term?
Mostly, payment should be completed by bank transferred T/T 100% in advance.
For sample order less than 1000USD, we will have to charge 30USD extra to compensate media bank charges.Western Union and Paypal are also acceptable.
USD and RMB are both acceptable.

3. What is the shipping term?
For parcels less than 45kg, express courier is more economic. We have big discount offer from FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS and China Post.
For parcels more than 45kg, air cargo is a good option.
For parcels more than 2CBM, sea delivery is most economic.
You may also ask your forwarder to pick up goods from us directly.
We can also send goods to your forwarder as you request.
All in all, we will negotiate together and find the most reasonable delivery way according to your order size.

4. What about the warranty period and after-sale service?

Dental equipment, like dental unit, teeth whitening machine, dental loupe, intraoral camera, air compressor, has one year warranty period. If you have quality problem in using, you can return to us by post. Or you can describe the problem details, we will ask technician to give you solution.

Free spare parts can be provided if necessary.

5. Do you supply OEM service?

Yes, we can supply OEM service for dental unit, teeth whitening machine, dental loupe, intraoral camera, air compressor, X-Ray unit, dental handpiece, air prophy, curing light, etc.

6. Can you make certificate of origin (C/O)?

Yes. Certificate of origin is applied when goods are sent.

7. Do you have CE for your products?

Yes, we have CE. Our products are exported a lot to USA and EU countries successfully.

We use international Express Shipping Service.Such as:

Fedex, DHL, EMS(over 2KG): 5-9 days.

ePacket (under 2KG): Only for USA, U.K., and Australia. 7-15 days.

China Post (under 2 KG): 20-45 days.

Note: We can offer the tracking number for u to check the status of your item in 2 days after we deliver it. For international shipping, customs duties might be possible for some countries, they are buyers'responsibility, Hope it could be understood. S&H charged dose not include any those fees.
