Q1: What is the warranty of your products?
A1: The warranty is 2-5 years according to different products since the delivery from our factory.
Q2: What about your payment terms?
A2: Our standard payment term is 30% deposit prepaid by T/T, and 70% balance should be paid before shipment.
But, when our cooperation is getting deeper, we will consider to adjust percentage of T/T, and support other payment terms, such as L/C, O/A, etc.
Q3: Can you support OEM and ODM service?
A3: Yes, we can support OEM and ODM service. We own independent R&D team with rich experience on helping customers to find perfect solutions. We can also help customers design their product package.
Q4: Can you supply samples?
A4: Yes, we welcome sample order for your approval. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q5: Do you have any MOQ limit for order?
A5: Generally, we require MOQ 100PCS/Item. But for special project orders, it can be flexiable.
Q6: What is lead time for the order?
A6: For samples(if not new products), it normally takes 7-10 days, while mass order would need 20-40 days according to order quantity.
For customized products, it would take about 90 days, if new molds are needed.
Q7: Do you have quality control? What about your product quality?
A7: Our factory have passed ISO9001, and every step in the production process has a routine quality procedure. Each material/product has been inspected and tested by IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC.
Q8: How long do you do aging testing for products?
A8: Normally we do aging testing for 8 hours at least to ensure the quality.
Q9: Can you offer photometric report like IES/LTD files?
A9: Yes, we can offer photometric report like IES/LTD files for each product. We have testing equipment with well-known brand “EVERFINE” for integrating sphere and dark room.
Q10: How long do you deal with complaint?
A10: We can give you a fast, high effectively and cheerful after-sales service. Normally we need 3 days to provide solutions after all necessary information collected. If it is due to quality problem, we will give compensation accordingly, but we need you provide us with detailed photos and video. After our QC analyse and find out the reason, we will give you the solutions.
