  A    Normally, our payment term is 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before shipment. We also accept T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow, etc.
 Q2  What's your production lead time ?
  A    We keep all products in stock, if you order our products, will arrange shipment within 2 days after payment done. And we can make products as your request, normally about 30-35 working days.
 Q3  Can you accept private label ?
  A     Of course, we can stick label for you. And we can offer FBA shipment for Amazon sellers.
 Q4  How can I get a sample?

  A    We use food grade ingredients and it is 100% dissolved in water, it is safety to all skin. 
 Q6  If the product has quality problems, what should i do?
  A    We create QC team to do quality check. We check the material, semi-finished products and finished products. And we will check again before shipment to avoid the problem. If unfortunately happen, we will resend new products to you.
