For traditional kettle distillation, usually the process is batch distillation, you can get only about 55% alcohol liquor,but the low-boiling impurities like aldehydes  ect. and high-boiling impurities like fusel oil ect. can not be separated. Even a few distillation trays are added on the kettle distillation, only a small amount of alcohol degree can be increased. Still the impurities inside can not be removed.

The traditional distillation method is to take out the wine (head) produced at the beginning, and send it to re-distill, to take out  the wine produced at the end  and send it to re-distill. It wastes much energy, and can not fundamentally separate the low-boiling impurities and  high-boiling impurities. Even with multiple distillations, only some improvements can be made, but this problem cannot be well solved.

Low-boiling impurities like aldehydes will produce irritating bad odors, which are harmful to human body. High-boiling impurities such as fusel oil can improve the taste to some extent, but it is easy to cause headaches and also harmful to human body.

With large-scale alcohol equipment, you can get pure alcohol, then you can get high-quality vodka, whiskey, tequila, gin, brandy, liquor, etc., but the equipment investment is too large, usually hundreds of thousands of dollars or millions US dollars, the amount of investment limits most producers.

Our company mainly focuses on the design and production of large-scale complete sets of equipment. In recent years, many customers have asked us to develop and produce small-sized 95% pure alcohol ethanol equipment. According to the requirements of customers, we have specially designed and developed  small-scale pure alcohol distillation equipment. We have various models: 100 liters per day,200 Liters per day,300 liters per day,500liters per day,1000 liters per day,2000 liters per day,3000 liters per day. The materail of the equipment is stainless steel 304(we can also use stainless steel 316L or titanium alloy, or glass distillation column, you can see the mash flow clearly). The raw material for producing the alcohol can be cassava, yam, wheat, corn, rice, sorghum, or any other grain that includes starch or sugar beet ,sugar cane , date, juice, molasses, sweet potato or any kind of material that contains sugar.  The production principle of small -scale pure alcohol equipment is the same as large-scale alcohol plant:  continuous feeding, continuous distillation, continuous sewage discharge, continuous discharge of aldehyde, continuous discharge of fusel oil. You can obtain more than 95%  high-purity alcohol continuously.

At the same time, in order to facilitate the use of equipment, to avoid the complicated installation and commissioning like large equipment and high cost, our company integrates the complete distillation equipment into a frame to form an integrated distillation equipment skid.

The whole set of  alcohol equipment skid is controlled by PLC. You can visually see the operation of the various components. The entire  equipment  can be controlled through the touch screen. You can also control the entire  equipment  through the computer, or even control the operation of the entire  equipment  by mobile phone.

Both the feed pump and the reflux pump are equipped with  double pumps. Once one pump is working and the other stands by. Once the working pump has a problem, the other pump can be started immediately to maintain the operation of the complete set of equipment. You can make the maintenance of the pump without stopping production.
