Sodium acetate is colorless transparent or white crystal particles, can be weathered in the air, flammable. Soluble in water,
slightly soluble in ethyl alcohol, insoluble in ether. Water of crystallization is lost at 123℃. But usually the wet one has an
acetic acid taste. Hydrolysis occurs in water.
[Pharmaceutical configuration] : engineering use can be configured into 5%-10% of the solution, through the metering pump;
[Dosage] : Under normal circumstances, when the dosage of sodium acetate is 15mg/L, the outlet concentration of each parameter in the system can reach the level A standard of "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant" GB18918-2002.
When the dosage was 30mg/L, the rate of phosphorus release in anaerobic phase, phosphorus uptake in aerobic phase and nitrogen
removal in anoxic phase were the highest, reaching 3.54 mgpo43-p /(g MLSS ·h) and 2.54 mgPO43--P/(g MLSS ·h). And 1.53 MgNoX-N /(gMLSS ·h).
When sodium acetate dosage was 9mg/L and 15mg/L, denitrification and phosphorus removal occurred in the anoxic phase, and the
phosphorus uptake rates in the anoxic phase were 0.36MgPo43 --P/(gMLSS ·h) and 0.02(mgPO43--P/(gMLSS ·h), respectively. In
conclusion, the optimal dosage of sodium acetate is 30mg/L, which will make the system more stable and reliable.
