It is the double-coordinate two-axis linkage, semi-closed loop control CNC lathe. The main machine adopts high-precision rolling guide rail with good dynamic characteristics, strong rigidity and smooth chip removal; the control system uses well-known domestic and foreign CNC systems, which has reliable and stable performance and easy operation;
1. In addition to the basic functions of turning, grooving and chamfering, the machine tool can also perform various metric and inch internal and external thread processing, as well as drilling, expansion, reaming, rolling and other processing;

Machine Feature
1.Adopt the overall inclined bed base of 45° structure, the bed has a large cross-sectional area, which greatly improves the rigidity of the whole machine. 360mm X-axis/Z-axis travel can provide more space for tool installation. The large span of the guide rail makes the cutting process more stable. The rotation diameter of up to Φ400 makes the special-shaped parts and compound processing more convenient;

5.The vertical and horizontal driving adopts high-performance AC servo motor, X-direction ball screw adopts pre-stretch structure design, adopts C3 level accuracy, high positioning accuracy, flexible and reliable action;
