In the process of weaving, the control system can accurately output the specified length of yarn within the specified number of horizontal rows according to the let-off amount required by the process, and carry out the precise weaving. That is, the angular displacement of the warp axis motor must be determined with the change of the angular displacement of the spindle and the circumference of the warp axis disc head at that time. A group or groups of parallel yarns are used to form a loop on all the working needles fed into the machine. This method is called warp knitting and the fabric is called warp knitting. The machine that completes this warp knitting is called a warp knitting machine.
Warp knitting machine is mainly composed of weaving mechanism, comb horizontal movement mechanism, let-off mechanism, pulling and winding mechanism and transmission mechanism. Its purpose is to form knitted fabric by using a group or groups of parallel yarns on all the working needles fed into the machine through the warp and forming loops at the same time.
