A:It takes 25-35days after receiving the deposit and all packing materials confirmed.We will arrange the production time specially if urgent orders.
Q:What documents do you need if I want my own design?
A:Usually we need AI format of your design.We can make the mock up for your information.
Q:How many colors are available?
A:PSM colors. Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match it.
Q:How do you ship the goods?
A:By sea,by air,or by express.Usually the bulk order is shipped by sea.Fob Ningbo or Shanghai.
Q:Which kinds of Certificate would you have?
A:LFGB, CA65,BPA free,CPSIA
Q:What is your payment term?
A:Normal is T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. L/C at sight is also accepted.And we can do credit insurance order on alibaba.
