The glaze raw materials are grinded for approx 20 to 30 hours.
Single firing at 1280℃ of all production will be carried out in the latest state of the computer controled kiln.
Prior to glazing and firing, inspection, dry fettled, dedusted and sponged smooth are necessary to ensure that the ware is well finished and free from cracks and pinholes.
Tests carried out on finished products would include visual inspection, flushing tests, water absorption, chemical resistance, crazing resistance, resistances to staining and burning.
