Silicon carbide ceramic vacuum sintering furnace 1600C 2000C 2200C 2400C customize vacuum furnace

CX-SCSF series are top loading batch type induction heating furnaces with the maximum operating temperature from 1600℃-2400°C. These furnaces operate with rough vacuum, partial pressure and micro-positive pressure of protective gases such as Argon and Nitrogen. Oxygen atmosphere is prohibited in these furnaces due to graphite crucible and graphite insulation used inside the furnace.

CX-SCSF series use medium frequency induction heating method, however the resistance heating method is optional in case of client demand. A water cooled induction coil installed inside the furnace. At the center of the coil, there is a graphite crucible as the susceptor for induction current, surrounded by carbon felt as the insulation material. Cylindrical hot zone design ensure uniform heating inside the hot zone.

Application: These vacuum Sintering furnaces are suited for silicon carbide seals, bushings, nozzles, petrochemical pipelines, anti-corrosion pipelines and other silicon carbide products.

1.The ultra-high temperature furnace within 2400, can fully meet the sintering of various materials.

2.Using digital & intelligent temperature control system, with fully automatic and high accuracy to complete the process of temperature control &temperature measurement, the system can according to reference heating curve heating up, 20 & a total of 400 segments of different process heating curve can be stored.

3.Using circulating water cooling system and digital flow control system, furnace conversion using high-performance IF contactor; Comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas, automatic control and protection systems.

4. Temperature measurement: Infrared optical temperature measurement range is 800 ~ 2400 or 0 ~ 2400;

5. Measurement Accuracy: 0.2 ~ 0.75%

6. Temperature control: Process control and manual control; Control accuracy: ± 1

7. Limit heating rate: 200 / min (air furnace, depending on volume and high temperature furnace structure.)
