Principle
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder and the mesh belt is generally made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire and is dragged and moved in the dryer by the transmission device. The dryer is composed of several units and each units is heated independently by the circulation of hot air. The hot air passes the mesh belt covered with material, from top down or from bottom up, to complete the process of heat transfer and mass transfer, removing the water contained in the material, and part of the exhaust gas is discharged by the dehumidifying fan. The mesh belt moves slowly inside the chamber and the moving speed can be adjusted according tho the moisture level of the material. The number of the circulation units for drying and the number of the layers can be determined in line with the customer’s requirement.

This kind of machine is widely used for drying materials with good air permeability such as flakes, strips,and granules. Its is particularly suitable for materials that have high water content but require low drying temperature, such as dehydrated vegetables and herbal medicines.

For different materials, different methods of heating, air distribution, feeding and circulation will be selected. For mesh belts, there are choices of wire mesh, conveying chain mesh, non-sticky mesh belt, PTFE mesh belt, punched mesh plate,etc.
Options of cleaning device, sweeping device, spreading device and dust removal device, according to customer’s need.
Options of different heating methods ( electric, heat pump, hot blast furnace, steam, thermal oil), and loop heating system.
The length, width and number of layers to be determined according to need.
Different fans and different structures of air distribution to be selected to increase the permeability and drying speed of the material.
The drying efficiency will be ensured by adjusting the settings of belt speed, material thickness, air volume and pressure, section temperatures, exhaust volume, etc.
Options of different mesh holes, mesh plates, baffles, cleaning devices and support structures according to need.
Options of strong magnetic deironing devices to remove metal effectively.
