Product Description


Step 1:Stone paper Granulation process:
The raw materials calcium carbonate powder, polyethylene (HDPE/LDPE), polypropylene (PP) and auxiliaries are mixed in a certain proportion and then processed by high pressure mixing, extrusion, hot cutting, cooling and air separation to produce E P M raw material granules with uniform appearance.


Step 2:stone paper casting machine process:
E.P.M raw material granules are heated to the melting state, and the melted material is conveyed to two calendering rollers by conveyor. After repeated rolling of three to five groups of calendering rollers, the material molecules are evenly arranged into thin sheet shape, and then rolled up after a series of stretching, cooling, setting, thickness measurement and surface treatment.
Thick E P M semi-finished sheet material can be produced. The thickness of the material produced by this process is 200μm-1000μm.


Step 3:stone paper coating machine process:
A variety of inorganic superfine powder, water-soluble latex, synthetic latex and additives are fully stirred and mixed to form E P M special coating liquid, which is used in the production of coating process.
The stone paper base paper produced by the casting method is coated, firstly, the coating liquid is prepared according to the formula and then coated and produced on a coater, and the device is coated by a rotary reverse method. By forming reverse velocity difference between paper surface and coating roll erand coating feeding roller, to achieve uniform coating and stable adhesion to the paper surface. After drying in an oven, repeat the same operation to coat the back side of the paper, and finally stabilize the constant tension. The finished stone paper roll can be obtained by winding up.


Step 4:stone paper printing machine process:
A variety of inorganic superfine powder, water-soluble latex, synthetic latex and additives are fully stirred and mixed to form E P M special coating liquid, which is used in the production of coating process.

The paper cutter adopts PLC touch screen control, servo motor control double-position unwinding, fixed length cutting, pneumatic transmission system. This machine integrates light, electricity and air. Easy operation, high cutting accuracy, low mechanical stability and low noise, etc. Motor frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic counting, alarm parking, magnetic powder tension control. It can be vertical multi-section cutting waste edge using fan automatic elimination and horizontal and vertical cutting by two rolls.
