For double wall/ripple wall paper coffee cups, there are two layers of the body, we usually do 18g PE coating on the inner wall to make it waterproof and tightly embossed bottom to prevent leakage(the bottom we usually do double PE coating ).

The outside layer is used of corrugated paper/kraft paper/whitecardboard, you can do your logo printing or embossing here.
