UB CI-180 Corrosion inhibitor
Product Description
HCL has an undesirable reaction to steel. The degree of damage will depend upon contact time, acid concentration, and temperature conditions. UB CI-180 has excellent high-temperature tolerance. The corrosive action of acid on steel at high bottom-hole temperature can be greatly reduced at temperature up to 350℉ by adding UB CI-180 to the acid mixture.

Corrosion inhibitor UB CI-180 can be used in matrix acidizing stimulation operations, fracture acidizing stimulation operations, wellbore cleaning with acid formulations. The recommended dosage in different temperature as below: | |||

Storage and Shelf Life | |||
This product should be stored in ventilated and dry warehouse. No contact with acid, alkali and other chemicals. Keep away from heat. This product should be handled with care during transportation. Avoid moisture and damage. Has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. This product is of no hazard and can be transported as general chemcials. | |||
Packaging & Shipping
Packed in 55 USG Steel drum.
Store in dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flames. Store away from incompatibles. Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and /or stacking.
