Function the product:
The Oral/Enteral Dispenser are assembled by barrel, plunger , piston, used for delivering drug or food to oral or eternal. Oral syringes have long been recognized as the safest and most accurate method to administer oral liquid medications. These advantages are greatly magnified in pediatrics, geriatrics, and in hospital environments where potential confusion with intravenous and eternal lines and inhalation systems make dosing with standard hypodermic (injectable) syringes even more dangerous.

We also pressure test each oral syringe to make sure the seal between the plunger and barrel is 100% secure.
4) Available in 1ml, 3ml, 5 ml, 10 ml and 20 ml sizes, our oral syringe is designed to meet the demanding needs of safety, ease of use and accuracy of dose. Special design to prevent plunger slipping out.

Quality Control System
How we do quality control:
1)We know that due to the large volume of syringes, the most unstable one is the printing process, during which many printing problems would exist. So for the benefit of our customers, we arrange workers at the end of every assembling machine and packing machine to carefully check the quality of the syringe under the light.
2)Everyday when turning on the injection machine, we will first test whether the metal detector can detect the mixed needle with fixed sample syringes and the testing result will be recorded to ensure that foreign mental objects won't mix into our syringes.
3)Quality testing steps must comply with ISO13485 standards.
4)64 cctv are installed to monitor the production process and the videos are kept to find the reason of the problem.
5)During the printing procedure, the grease ink should be added in a fixed proportion of thinner, then we will the use the cup to test the adhesion for the ink.
6)Clean room reports are kept for check.
