Indications
Monopole electrotome is widely used in surgery, dermatology and dentistry, and can be used to cut different tissues according to its function. Patients with pacemakers are prohibited from using single-pole high-frequency electrocardiography.
Bipolar electrotomy is mainly for coagulation function, widely used in neurosurgery, maxillofacial surgery, plastic surgery,
orthopaedic spine or spinal cord surgery, etc., can also be used in cardiac pacemaker patients.
Power Settings
Single-pole cutting: the general preset power is 50~100W, depending on the doctor's habit, generally not more than 150W.
Monopole coagulation: the preset power is generally 30~60W, which is not more than 100W according to doctors' habits. Inhepatobiliary surgery, cardiothoracic surgery and other operations, when clinicians are used to cutting vascular-rich tissues withelectric coagulation, the electric coagulation power is generally set at 40~80W.
Bipolar coagulation: Generally, the power used for bipolar coagulation is 5-15W, while for laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, the cutting power is set to 40-60W. Set the coagulation power to 30-50 W.

Operation specification requirements and considerations：
1)Please check if the packing is complete and not broken.
2)Turn the monitor ON prior to setting up the disposable pressuretransducer system.
3)Open the disposable pressure transducer kit package using sterile technique. Verify that all connections are secure and all stopcock handles are good. Be careful to not over-tighten luer connections.
4)All side ports of stopcocks in monitoring kits are protected by vented caps which are to remain in place until the system is filled with sterile solution and dedubbled. These vented caps should always be replaced with non-vented caps provided in a separate pouch in each kit.
