Q3: How do you regulate the quality of products?
A: We have professional QC team, who will supervise and inspect strictly,each links from production to packaging, and professional inspection reports can be provided for customers before delivery
Q4: Can I get samples? How long is the sample lead time? Do I need to pay for it?
A: We can offer free sample to old customer, but the courier charge is on customer side. For new customers, sample harge is required, which can be returned once you place an order. Therefore, sample is free of charge! Sample Lead time is about 7 working days.
Q5: How long is the production lead time?
A: Usually, 30days to 45 days. But if it is an urgent order, we will try our best to reduce the production lead time to 20days to 25days.
Q6: Do you accept OEM?
A: OEM is always available. Our professional engineers are not only able to give advice to customers, but also can design the package box according to customer’s needs
Q7: What's your delivery port?
A: Our FOB port is Ningbo,Guangzhou,Shenzheng ,Qingdao or Xiamen.
Q8: How about your payment?
A: We need 30% deposit for starting produce, and the balance will be paid upon receive copy of B/L.
