The heavy steel shell furnaces are designed to provide furnaces with maximum rigidity and strength for capacities up to 30MT.
Furnace Feacture
1. Hydraulic tilting. When pouring metal liquid, steel shell furnace can stay at any angle,and change titling speed.
2. Equipped with magnetic yoke. Its indctor is covered by yoke in more than 65% area, so it have less magnetic leakage, and it can save about 5% energy than aluminum shell furnace.
3. Can meet higher standards of environmental protection requirements. Steel shell furnace can be equipped with a variety of fume collector and fume hoods to meet goverment's pollution reuirements such as MACT standards.

system, a load cells, furnace-leak alarm, ect.

Magnetic yoke
1. The induction coil is surrounded by a solid oriented yoke. This design eliminated heating from outside.
2. The yoke greatly support the induction coil to engsure long working life of the lining;
3. There are flow display, temperature display and temperaure pretection for the water circle of the yoke;
4. The yoke covers over more than 70% area, case least magnetic flux leakage, can save about 5% electricity.
