A:Yes,we accept custom any design and size hand tufted rugs,please send us your design and size you want,then we will check if it is possible for us to works. Also please let us know the quantity you want,so we will check and quote the price to you.
2. Q:How long will it take?
A:Our production time is about 15-20days,the shipping time is about 5-8 days by UPS/FedEx,so you will get your rugs approx 20-28days. Please let us know if you need rush the order.we will check to confirm!
3.Q:What's your MOQ?
Will I be able to get a sample made before I go full production?
A:Our MOQ is 10 pieces,yes,we accept 1 sample order for you to check the quality before the bulk order.
