1. How can I get the quote?
You can send us inquiry with product details through TM or e-mail, which included size, quantity, material, color, surface finish
and logo. If you have the picture or artwork of your product, it will be much appreciated. We will reply you within 12 hours. Once
we get enough information about your product, we will send your quotation ASAP.
2. Are you manufacturer or trader?
We can guarantee that we are definitely a factory. Our factory is located in Shenzhen. If you need to come to Shenzhen for field
trips, we can take you for factory inspection. If you are not convenient to come to Shenzhen, we can provide a video for
reference.
3. How can I get the sample?
Sample lead time: about 5-7 days after artwork confirmation. Sample fee is about $100. Please note that sample fee is refundable
if you place the order in final. Sample freight is paid by customer.
4. What's your delivery time?
The delivery time is determined by quantity. Normally it is about 10-25 days. Our Supply Ability is 10000pcs/day.
5. How to control your quality?
We have QC supervising during production. We do 100% inspection before packaging and random check after packaging. Of course, you
can arrange a third party to come and check quality before delivery.
