1.How can we get sample to test quality before placing a large order?
Our sample department can provide free bottle samples for customers to test quality. Usually, we will choose to ship samples by express. Please kindly tell us your company name, address, phone number and contact person.
2.Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles?
Yes, we can. We can offer label printing, shrink wrap, box packing, display cardboard box.
As for the printing color: can be made according to PANTONE color number if needed.
3.What is the normal lead time?
For stock bottle, we will send goods to you within 3-5days after receiving your payment.
For surface handing service, the delivery time is 10-15 work days after receiving your payment.
4.What is your shipping terms?
For small trial order, FEDEX,DHL,UPS,TNT etc can be provided.
For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirement.
We will help you to choose the most efficient shipping way for your reference.
5.How do you control the quality?
We do leak test for 3 times before packing.
6.If any defective bottle, how can you settle it for us?
We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
