1 This is Cartoning Machine connect with K Cup Pod filling machine. Capacity is up to 800 CTN/Hour with updated Nitrogen Injection function. As medium model can meet most customers demand.
2 We give more compatibility, available for semi-automatic or fully automatic, and different packing specifications, 12ct, 16ct, 24ct,etc. And we also consider if you just want production line running without cartoner. This solution is acceptable as well.

Cup Loading
Vertical loading empty cup can save more space and long tube as a buffer can stack kcups well, three detectors can make sure cup loading work correctly, nitrogen injection after empty cup loading.
Auger Doser/Filler
Precisely auger spins to fill coffee into K Cup with servo motor control, servo motor with brushless type can make sure filling accuracy, quick and accuracy to control speed, updated nitrogen flush keep aroma of coffee.
Twice Heat Seal
We use two heat seals for the K Cup, Compared with the common single heat seal on the market, competitive of K Cups are produced is undoubtedly better, not to mention the temp control system of Omron.
Grouper system to sort cups into different combination
One of track is receive positive kcups and another one receives reversed kcups by flipper device. A special designed tooling would sort as 3 or 4 cups by two groups then the YAHAMA Robot grab two times to combine them into one group which 6 or 8 kcups and load them into carton.
Place K Cup into each carton
Yamaha robot would be program as typical 12ct and 16ct or 24ct mode as each be 6(or8) as one group and then load twice by different height as two layers in each paper carton. Then, move to next and the staff close this carton (if need full auto close the carton solution then need hot melt glue system).
