How does your factory apply quality control?

1.What’s the MOQ?
Normally, our MOQ is 50pcs, but 10-30pcs per design is also OK, the more the cheaper.
2.What’s the delivery time?
1-100pcs, 7days; 100-500pcs, 14days. More than 500pcs, to be negotiated.
3.May I have a sample to check the quality?
Sure, we can send a free available sample to you, you just need to pay for the shipping cost.
4.Is the fabric that goes under the brim of the hat customizable?
Yes, you can send us artwork of the pattern you like, or you also can choose the patterns from our designs. Of course, we also can do your logo on the front of hat, as a woven label patch or embroidered logo patch. Just let us know your idea, we can help you make it happen. ;)
5.If I place an order, can you send me a picture when you have the first?
Yes, we will do a PP sample and detailed pictures to you for checking before mass production, then start with mass production after PP sample approved.
6.Will these be tight weaves? A few samples I have received from other venders came loose and broken

7.How is this hat packaged?
Normal Packing: 25pcs/opp/CTN. Besides, in order to protect the shape of hat, we will put a plastic holder at the bottom of the stack of hats, and put a paper ring on the top of hat. More details pls contact us freely.;)
