A:We have factory to produce PET products, such as pet bed, cat tree, etc.And also we have the agent for some other brand.
2.Q: How about the sample time?Can I have a free sample?
Sample time: 3~10days after order & samples confirmed.
Free sample: If you are satisfied with our samples and want to cooperate with us, we can give back the sample fee.
3.Q:How about the shipping cost?
A:If your goods is not large, we can send goods by express, such as FEDEX, DHL, UPS, we cooperated with them for long time, so we have good price.If your goods is large, we will send to you by sea, we can quote the price to you, then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.
4.Q:A:What is the payment?
A:L/C,30% deposit, 70% against copy of BL.
Or T/T,30% deposit, and balance is after the order is finished. Also we accept the PAYPAL
