General Description




Application
The plastic milling machine is mainly used in the plastic chemical industry.
For the characteristics of rigid PVC material, we've designed unique grinding discs.
Generally, the size of raw material don't surpass 12 mm. Final product size is in general between 20-80 mesh. The mesh size is adjustable.
Its new tool structure improves the output and overcomes the abrasion resistance of the tool.
The cooling system of the plastic mill adopts a combination of air and water cooling.

Details


New design grinding disc with improved wear resistance,can effectively enhance the output.
The external bearing of the butterfly valve can effectively stop the powder from entering the bearing and avoid the bearing from seizing.


The inlet of pulverizer. With corresponding loading machine, the efficiency will be better.
The vibration sieve is made of stainless steel 304. In addition, the qty of layer is customized.


In the vibration sieve, there're some bouncy balls, which can efficiently enhance the output.
The screws under the vibration sieve are used for fixing the machine during transportation. They should be unscrewed when in producing process.
