which enables the sleeve to bear pressure and fatigue.
Outer layer:
Using Natural Rubber to protect and reinforce the flexure resistance of valve sleeve.
Opening tags:
The middle part of the outer layer is equipped with opening tags to solve the problem of fixation and tensile
strength of the inner sleeve and actuator, also to ensure full opening of valves in all process conditions.

FENGCHI pinch valve is designed specially for low maintenance, there are no seats, packing, sealing ring, or expansion pipes to replace. Valve sleeve is the only replacement needed in pinch valve. It will become an almost new pinch valve after the sleeve is replaced. FENGCHI pinch valve barely needs inventory for other components.

Standard valve sleeve
Standard valve sleeve manufactured by FENGCHI is a very specialized component. Great care is taken to match the type of elastomer, pressure rating and temperature limits for customers' different process conditions, which ensures a long and maintenance-free service life. The full bore standard sleeve provides uninterrupted flow just like another piece of pipe and the flow remains streamlined when throttled.
High Pressure Type
Constructions applicable to various kinds of process conditions
High pressure sleeves are designed for high pressure applications. The high pressure sleeve features stronger fabric reinforcement and thicker construction compared to a standard one. The mating flanges are equipped with integrated O-ring seals to ensure a tight seal under high pressure applications.


Extra Thick Sleeve
Extra thick valve sleeve is designed specially for extremely abrasive slurries. The thickness of extra thick sleeve are triple times thicker than a standard one. Larger valve size must be used with the extra thick sleeve to maintain a full bore due to the additional thickness of the sleeve.
Reducer Hose
Conical sleeves are designed for control applications. It provides tighter control with a 20:1 taper ratio and 0.89 pressure recovery factor, along with an extra thickness of elastomer on the downstream side of the cone to extend its service life. With a taper ratio of 20:1 and pressure recovery factor of 0.89, the conical sleeve has more precise control performance. Conical sleeve is able to handle higher pressure drops than other sleeves as the pressure is recovered on the downstream side of the sleeve.


Reduced Valve Sleeve
Reduced port sleeves are used in control applications where material flow needs to be slowed down as it passes through the valve.These sleeves also make the valve easier to close by reducing port size at the pinching area.
Material Selection - Selecting the correct elastomer material for the chemical composition of the process fluid is essential for optimum service life.
In many cases, process fluids will contain a variety of chemicals, and the elastomer selection should take into consideration all chemicals present.

Negative Pressure Type
If the vacuum of pinch valve on one side of medium (in the pipeline) is higher than -0.1bar, the valve sleeve of pinch valve will shrink inward due to the effect of vacuum, that will affect the service lifetime of valve sleeve. The externally reinforced sleeve will keep the valve in open position, and the flowing control of medium(pipeline) will work normally even when vacuum is up to -0.8bar.
