All our products have passed the S G S testing, among them 1 design patent for potato pots, 1 design patent for Rectangular plant pots and 1 design patent for tall pots .

A.It will depend on the design and order quantity, normally it will be 20-40 days after the payment. Some of standard items we

A.1.you should take a picture for quality problem's part.
2.note down the quality problem products quantity.
