---MACHINE FUNCTION---
This rewinding machine is suitable for rewinding adhesive tapes, films, papers etc.
Such as masking tape, bopp tape, double sides tape, protective film, non woven etc.
---MACHINE FEATURES---
1 | 5HP A.C. motor with inverter control, brings the high efficiency, stability and reliability performance. |
2 | Unwind tension controlled by magnetic brake, rewind tension controlled by magnetic clutch. |
3 | Both unwind shaft and rewind shaft are 3'' air shaft. Rewind shaft is automatic air inflation type. |
4 | With lay-on roller for rewind shaft, to make sure smooth rewinding for finish roll. |
5 | With pneumatic rubber roller to ensure high quality rewinding without wrinkle and air bubbles. |
6 | Centralized control panel: both unwind and rewind tension and machine rewinding speed can be adjusted from the operation panel. |
7 | Rewind length setting: with two-step length counter. First section decelerates and the second section stops. Make sure the accurate wind length. |
