The width of the knife pleats ranges from 1mm to 60mm, and the pleat depth ranges from 2mm to 30mm.
Product Description
Working width varies from 500mm to 3000mm custommade. At present, we have 8 models for hundreds of pleat designs including jacquard looms. The eight machines are appied for sunray skirts, crystal pleats, knife pleats, box pleats, bamboo pleats, wave pleats, harlequin pleats, combined pleats, ruffles.
Pleated fabric are sewing into dress, scarf, shawl, skirt, shirt, trousers, uniform, leather handbags as well as beddings.
Except cotton, 95% of fabric are worked on these machines. You are encouraged to send us sample for a trial.
