CLEAR GLASS
Annealed (float) glass is produced by melting sand, soda ash, dolomite, and limestone together to produce a continuous ribbon,which flows from a furnace and “floats” over a bed of molten tin, which is then carefully cooled to “anneal” the glass.

ULTRA CLEAR GLASS
Ultra clear glass has an additional process included to remove the iron content from sand used when making glass, giving it a clearer purer colour. Ordinary annealed glass has a green hue to it, which comes from the iron content. Ultra clear glass provides maximum transparency and clarity by providing a crystal-clear glass. When painted, ultra clear glass represents particular light colours more accurately than traditional clear glass

Glass thicknesses available from 4mm – 19mm
Tinted glass
Tinted glass is made using the same process as annealed glass. The tint is added using metal oxides to the float glass process. The thicker the glass selection, the darker the tone will appear. The addition of the oxides to tint the glass does not affect the basic properties of the glass except for lowering the amount of visible light and solar energy transmittance.

What is laminated glass?
Laminated glass is the construction of two lites of galsss bonde toghether by an adhesive material- typically polyvinyl butrol (PVB).This invisible PVBlayer is designed to keep the glass integral to the structure upon breakage,rather than allowing the glass to shatter into otherwise large,sharp,and dangerous piedes.PVB also dulls the edges of broken shards of glass,significantly lowering the risk of injury.After undergoing a series of heating and pressing,The two lites of glass and PVB interlayer become one solid,durable glass construction.

5- Can you accept small quantity?
Yes,but the price will be a little higher, because it needs to share more cost like depreciation of machinery and local charges.
6- Can you send me some samples to check your quality?
Sure, we could send the free samples (except special deep processing glass) for you any time. But for fair business, you pay for courier charge. If you have courier account like DHL, TNT, FX, send the detail account information for us, and then, we send out the samples ASAP. If you don't have courier account, transfer the courier charge for us, we will pay for DHL, and we will refund the courier charge for you once we start business.
